Job Description: As a Lead Generator at ePlace Marcomm Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support our sales team. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to ultimately convert leads into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research, social media, and networking events.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and other communication channels to introduce our services and qualify leads.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies and campaigns to generate new leads and drive sales growth.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a lead generator or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
