Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote [products/services].
  • Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide detailed information about our offerings.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:
