Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Manual Wallet Recharges & UTR Verification

Upayog ID utilizes a manual UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) verification system for wallet top-ups. Funds transferred via UPI, IMPS, or Bank Transfer are credited to the Agent's wallet only after manual verification by the Administration.

• No Cash Refunds: Once a transfer is made and the UTR is submitted, the amount is converted into non-refundable platform credits.
• Verification Timeline: Manual verification may take up to 1 hour. Agents are advised to plan recharges in advance.
• Fake UTR Penalty: Submission of false or used UTR numbers will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any existing wallet balance.

2. Order Cancellations

Because our services involve the production of customized physical goods (PVC ID Cards), once an order is marked as "Processing" or "Dispatched", no cancellations or refunds are possible.

3. Data Accuracy

The Field Agent is 100% responsible for the accuracy of names, photos, and details. Upayog ID will not provide free reprints or refunds for errors made during data entry by the agent or the end-user.

4. Defective Prints

If a manufacturing defect is identified, the refund will be issued strictly as Wallet Credit. No bank account reversals will be performed.
