1. Platform Classification & Intermediary Status

Upayog ID is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides technological tools for data collection and PVC card print formatting. We operate strictly as an Intermediary. We do not issue, verify, or endorse official Government identification. Any ID card generated using this platform is exclusively for the private, internal use of the creating organization or society.

2. Agent & Organization Responsibilities

By registering as a Field Agent, Sub-Admin, or Society Representative, you are legally bound to the following operational rules:

Data Authenticity: You bear 100% legal responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
Explicit Consent: You must inform individuals of what data is being collected and obtain their explicit consent prior to data entry.
Prohibition of Fraud: Any attempt to use this platform to forge identities, falsify credentials, or impersonate individuals will result in immediate permanent account termination and potential reporting to law enforcement.

3. Manual Wallet System & Payments

Recharges are managed via a manual ledger system. Agents must transfer the exact amount to the provided Admin QR/Bank Account and submit the 12-digit UTR number through the portal.

Finality: All recharges are final. Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred back to a bank account.
Dispute Resolution: In case of a payment mismatch, the burden of proof (Bank Statement/Screenshot) lies with the Agent.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change the per-card print rate. The new rate will apply to all orders placed after the time of the update.

4. Limitation of Liability

      Upayog ID, its founders, and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this software. We explicitly disclaim all liability for data entry errors, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, or the misuse of the generated ID cards by any party.
    

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Upayog ID from any claims, lawsuits, fines, or legal liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your failure to comply with local data protection laws.

6. Account Termination

Administration retains the absolute right to suspend, block, or permanently delete any Agent or Society account at any time, with or without notice, if a violation of these terms or fraudulent activity is suspected.
